Pick up dinner from any of the restaurants just a short walk away and bring it home to host a friend or two in the peace and quiet of your own balcony, or have the whole family over and reserve the community room to cook for and serve everyone. I’ve never lived somewhere that’s offered so much and filled with such great people. Whether you’re new to the Baraboo area or have been here your whole life, you’ll feel at home here. "I would recommend living at grasslands to anyone. It has such great amenities for everyone and the staff are very responsive to any of your needs or questions. The views are beautiful and it’s so fun to spend the evening grilling and by the fire. It feels so safe with the secure entry and you can’t beat the underground parking in the winter. The movie theater and common rooms are great for holidays and having guests over. I only moved out because I bought a house but if I ever go back to apartment living it will be at grasslands."

I reached out to one of the property managers whenever I had a question, and she always helped me right away (thanks Roxanne!). One time I requested a new refrigerator for a minor issue, and they replaced it within 3 days. Matt who took care of our property was kind, professional, and super responsive; any maintenance issues that arose were taken care of within a day or two. They were accommodating for several small personal requests and always made me feel valued and welcome as a tenant. "River's Edge is a wonderful place to live where the environment is built upon a warm and inviting community atmosphere. The apartments are comfortable, spacious and so nice to come home to. The location along the river is fantastic, especially at sunset and the outdoor patio only enhances the scenic views. There are many great attributes to River's Edge but perhaps one of the best is the outstanding staff. The leasing office is always there for your needs and concerns and graciously responds to them quickly. The maintenance staff always makes sure the property is very well maintained both inside and out. Professional, courteous, and friendly best describe the wonderful staff here.
